Shipping Options

For order shipped from our Johor office within West Malaysia, we will use SKYNET Courier Service.

For order shipped from our oversea office, it will usually take around 30 days. All the parcels shipped from our offshore warehouse will delivered either  an  international special courier agent or EMS to ensure trackability of your order, unless otherwise stated.

Packing and Handling Fees
Packing and handling charges are WAIVED for all orders delivered. In situations of special arrangement, please contact us for additional instructions or for alternative arrangement before we process your order.

Shipping Times
Shipping times refer to the time where your order leaves our warehouse to the time it reaches you.

It will typically take 7 business days for  average delivery, depending on where you are located. The above shipping times serve only as a guide as once your order has been dropped off at the post office, we essentially have no control over how quickly the postal service will take to deliver your item.
